What We Do

We acquire, invest in, and manage distressed commercial real estate, distressed debt secured by commercial real estate, and judgments affecting commercial real estate.

OUR GOAL:

To provide objective, strategic, and operational solutions to lenders, borrowers, and investors, and participate in executing restructuring and workout solutions.

Who We Are

One of us is a developer, investor, and commercial real estate lender with a successful history of turning around underperforming and nonperforming assets. Another is a former commercial banker/risk manager who specializes in managing distressed loan portfolios. We also have a real estate lawyer and an appraiser/nonprofit leader among us.

We formed Mirador Distressed Asset Holdings, a division of Mirador Real Estate Advisors, to combine our expertise in all aspects of acquisition, restructuring, and disposition of distressed commercial real estate assets and debt.

We are no-nonsense problem solvers who can act fast – but always with the long view in mind.
