Over the past 20 years, David Maynard has negotiated and managed distressed debt for Fortune 500 financial institutions. He has negotiated loans on behalf of single lenders; served as an agent of large bank syndicates in complex transactions with bond holders, equity holders and other constituents; and navigated other multi-faceted lending structures.
David has been involved in a number of distressed note sales and performed due diligence on acquisition portfolios. He has been involved with single purchase note sales as well as bulk portfolio sale transactions.
In a distressed situation, David understands the pressures and needs of both the lender and the borrower. He has a record of devising successful financial strategies. His strengths also include being an effective decision maker with strong negotiation skills.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting and fly fishing.
